This has been a light and airy house to live in, characterful due to its agricultural heritage (as it was previously a cow shed!) yet modern with a contemporary feel. Cool in summer, but warm in winter due to its thick external walls. The underfloor heating has been fantastic and highly efficient, with our average oil bills being around £700.00 for the year.
